Strange...An accident is calling intentionally😕 if it was Intentionally i would be the first one to call him criminal but i still feel he is guilty because it was a Hit and Run case!!!

Hit and Run is a crime, therefore, he is a criminal, who should be punished.

I'm feeling sorry for this guy in the sense ... Ya Toh put him in Jail or simply free him. It sucks how the court is busy playing see-saw with him for years -- it's almost like a punishment of its own. It can't be that hard to decide? Sad when think cause of this case, he never ended up committing.
