Have never been obsessed with any other couple ever than Swaron...but fell for D3 coz of Swayam's character , and for me Shantanu defines Swayam...if he were not there D3 wuld b history for me...i wuld understand someone taking that place but it wuldnt b the same for me...i wuld just quietly leave...

For me it was Swayam because of whom I started watching D3. And it wouldn't have been possible for me to LOVE or ADORE him, if it wasn't essayed by Shantanu. From the start of d3 there is consistency in his characterisation, and also never once his acting skill quivered, be it acting with his old co-actress or new one. He still reminds of the old Swayam that I fell in love with.
So yes for me D3=Shantanu
