There is nothing illegal about the divorce papers or process.

Ovi had to file divorce papers in India as she was married in India..As long as divorce is mutually agreed upon and docs signed there should not be any problem..There is nothing illegal abt it the way Archana made it sound like..

Archana was the one who went and begged Arjun to sign the orig divorce papers which Ovi had filed from Canada...So now why is Archana flipping out and calling the right process illegal??

Let the court and the judge decide na. Ovi may be given divorce or may be judge will require her to stay with Arjun for some time b4 divorce is granted. Usually in US divorce requires some time of separation b4 granting divorce.. Not sure how India handles divorces.

Just because EK and her CVs put words in their actors mouths does not mean that is true.

My take on the whole thing.
