" Nani ..." She said after a phone call "he is coming back" screamed Anjali in excitement, which vanished away after seeing her Nani lost in thoughts.
" Nani...? You should be happy right? But why can't I see that happiness in your eyes?" "Anjali bitiya, of course I'm happy! Why won't I? He is coming back after 5 years... But you know what happened 5 years ago that made him go away from here right? You think he is ready to be back?" Spoke Nani, finally breaking her silence with moist eyes. " Nani I know my Chotay! Yes he took that drastic step by living India and going to Dubai, he wanted time for himself! Away from everything. But now when he decided to be back, I'm sure he is ready to leave his past behind." Said Anjali. " our Arnav Bitwa is smart sasu Maa! Lets just get everything ready to welcome him" joined Mami after finishing her touch up.

Arnav Singh Raizada, The ruthless, heartless yet the inspiration for the young generation. A name that created history in the business world in a very young age. He may be ASR for the world, but when it comes to his family, he is still the same Arnav who was 5 years back.
Walking out of India, may have been a drastic decision but he needed that space to find some answers. Find who he is and what exactly life demands from him.

Stepping outside of the airport he should have felt weird, because he is back on the land that changed his life and forced him to stay away from his loved ones, especially his Di, who for him meant the world.
"Bhai" taking his glares out, he heard someone calling him, he turned around and found his cousin Akaash, who is more than a brother to him. " Bhai" he screamed n jumped on his brother, trying to control himself but couldn't after seeing his best friend in front of him.
"Akaash! Dude calm down! You no more the match stick! But damn bro seems like you have been sleeping in gym since last 5 years huh? " said Arnav, breaking free from the hug. " wow dude are you crying ? Shit wipe it off or what if any girl see you like this" said Arnav knowing very well why his younger brother couldn't control his emotion. " you know what you mean to me right ? N you very well know how these 5 years were for me n for the family! On top of that you completely refused us when any of us talked about coming to Dubai to see you" said akaash not controlling his emotion after seeing his best friend Infront him.
" I'm sorry! I know I hurted you guys with my decision but I really needed this space. Needed to find some answers! Weather all this time it was love or just an attraction just like her. And honestly I really needed this 5 years, it made me who i am now!" " how can we forget the Arnav Singh Raizada. Bro you don't know how proud I am of you! But wait don't tell me you completely changed n you are no more the party animal" said akaash while settling himself in the car. " funny akaash! It's nothing like that, it's just I don't want to be the old Arnav anymore! I prefer me, who I am now. It's needed for this world who like playing with emotions." Said Arnav lost in his own thoughts.
Akaash knew its better to change the topic " so bro have you spoken to Aditya?" " of course I did! He is my best friend since childhood! Im not going to punish him for something his sister did to me! And anyways she doesn't matter to me and these 5 years helped me realize, she actually never meant anything to me! It was never love. And anyways I hold no grudges against her as she is good for nothing for me"

The never realized when they reached home. They say " home sweet home" it's always good to be home, that is exactly how Arnav felt stepping in Raizada mansion! Meeting his family who welcomed him with teary eyes.

For Arnav Singh Raizada, nothing changed except two things, do not judge anyone nor trust anyone easily. One has to earn his trust and once it's gone, it's gone.

Prologue what an amazing and gripping it is., already hooked me to it.. He lost but didn't gave up.. 😳 She lost her parents yet lived for herself but OMG she lost everything again 😲 😭
Will she wake up
Will he be her shadow ..
And I knew that I'm hooked to it and its gonna be one helluva journey.

1st chap: ASR returns.. He returns after 5 long years.And he has a different man.He want to be that. 1st chap is lil different from prologue ,But Okay I liked that easy camaraderie shared between brothers,thought he is changed for family but he is still the same Arnav for them,a loving bro to akash 😃 wonder why nani is lil scared and what happen 5 years back which made him leave country. Can't wait for it to unfold more..

I like how you have described Arnav.

I love the prologue. Has a poetic effect to it.
