SANA SURPRISES EVERYONE!

With the theme of the week being costume drama, it was extravagance galore this time around on one of India's biggest dance reality shows, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. The contestants were seen flaunting themselves in elaborate costumes, donning various dramatic characters, dancing amidst decorative backdrops and some dazzling lighting.

Jhalak's most energetic and effervescent contestant Sana Saeed is emerging as one of the toughest contenders on Jhalak . She contributed much to make this week an indeed special one for the judges and the audiences. During her contemporary dramatic act, the actor was seen changing her costume thrice on stage, remaining true to the theme of the week. So quick and discreet was the actor while changing her costumes, hardly anyone in the audience managed to notice Sana getting into another set of clothes during her song. Dancing on the 80's hit, Ek Haseena Thi, Ek Deewana Tha, she managed to surprise the judges by popping up in a new avatar almost after every thirty seconds. "I am always hassled when I am needed to go back stage and change quickly in between my act during any stage show. But you changed so quickly and smoothly in front us, I was really surprised!", said Madhuri Dixit, praising the actor for her hard work.

Rishi Kapoor who has previously worked with Sana in Student of the year was fondly surprised with Sana's act and expressed his happiness about how even after 30 years the song Ek Haseena Thi has a stage performance value to it. He also informed everyone that he shot this song 30 years back in Filmistan studio itself next to Jhalak sets. Well quite a coincidence it is!
