change of track in QH

In QH major track change happens only when the two houses cross paths i.e. there is some action in siddiqui house which lead to khan villa getting impacted. For example, Badi bi's plan to put Razia in mental hospital lead to Tanveer using Razia for her SR ploy OR Rashid's increasing interaction with Dilshad leading to attempt on her life and subsequent factory track.

CVs intention seems to be that the happenings have parallel track and when they cross each others path, explosive things happen which lead to new track.

Looking at this narrative style of taking story forward, I have a feeling that some of the ongoing tracks in Siddiqui house (either Humeira - Rajni or Badi bi - Razia track ) will play a big role on the exposure of tanveer's pregnancy. At this point of time, Razia seems more suitable but you never know how Humeira thing will cross path with Tanveer thing (may be Imran and Hasina bee being in picture will lead to that) leading to her revelation.
