I too think it's Tarun. If you look closely at the video, a part of his face is shown. Also, the person holding the gun seems to be a "professional"...look at the colloar of the sleeve (shirts similar to what Tarun wears)

Completely agree with you, after watching the video it seems like the guy is definitley Tarun, as the voice and the colour of the shirt is the one he wore at the party.
