EDITED!!!
.
Oh my goodness Mints!!!😳
I am utterly speechless!!!👏
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing this story!
I loved it totally, entirely...every bit, every word ... opening up long suppressed emotions that never really went away... Feelings that the show was left incomplete...lots of wishes that we as viewers had for Arnav and Khushi...lots of scenes we desired to see...😃
In fact your story had the effect of my favorite balm...first a nerve-tingling slow burn, then going a long way to soothing bliss! 😳 (pun fully intended)😆
Love you, sweetheart for writing this!! 🤗
May you be blessed with the "writing ka keeda" forever and ever...😆
Monsoon masti and magic with Mints!!!!!! What was that??? Yeh kya tha??? Sizzling and passionate...better than I could have ever imagined...at the same time, so believable and so well written!!! 👏
I loved the start- your Khushi is just like the IPK Khushi'loves her food, and loves her movies... her choice of movie as expected is one starring her favorite- Salman Khan. Your mention of those moong ke pakode had me salivating too- wish I had some magic with me to cook up some in a jiffy!
Loved how you presented her thought processes ... just like Khushi to talk to herself and reason out things...Arnav's crazy woman!!!😆
So now we see an Arnav and Khushi who have settled quite comfortable into wedded bliss (errr'maybe not THAT comfortable though!😳) Loved how Khushi has become a bit bolder...in her thoughts at least- admitting to herself how much she missed her husband...I honestly wish we could have seen this on the show, but I don't think any of us would have survived the onslaught of such fierce passion...not that our desi channels would have shown this...they always did prefer to leave lots to the imagination--- mine were prone to run wild, hamesha!!!☺️
Khushi missing Arnav's kisses, their intimacy...hahaha...😆even Nani and Mami asking them to cool off- wonder how many cold showers these two have had to take...and then my mind wonders again, how many showers together??? (Oh stop it, C!!!)
Loved this story Mints...for all the things it showed- a peek into their lives after the remarriage...just a random day and night...beautifully done!
Loved how you used that word "incomplete" to describe Khushi's state of mind...😳
"What should I do about this Laad Governor? One day he can't come home early. He does not even wait for me to wake up. All I get is a rose kept besides my cushion every morning. Ab aap hi bataiye Devi Maiyya, iss gulab ka hum kya rooh afza banaye?" 😆😆
That was classic IPK...whattay line, Mints!!! Hugs!!!! 🤗Comedy, passion, love, you blended the best of all and made something infinitely better than Rooh Afza!! (FYI, I always hated that drink!)😔
I loved her reflections on how life had brought her to this present moment-loved her memories of rain drenched passion'...oved how she could now smile and giggle at the past...loved how Arnav seems to have filled her life with love and happiness, loved it!!! 😳
Memories take her out into their favorite private haven ... the pool, while she is happily getting drenched in the rain...😃
I love how you always depict the feelings of both Arnav and Khushi-loved Arnav's impatience to get back home finally--after many days of working long hard days, he wants nothing more than to get back to his wife... loved how Arnav is able to smile more easily now...Khushi has brought not just happiness to his life, but also peace and the ability to get past the bad memories...loved how he is totally lost in love...
Loved how utterly captivated by her, he is! Rushing home just to be with her, picking up her favorite sweets...definitely a man in love and at peace with his feelings!🤗
And you know what else I liked? That Arnav did not forget his sister- in fact was doing his best to give his sister a purpose in life --a new venture to start on --to move on in life! Loving this Arnav!!!👏
Loved that ' aag dono taraf baraabar lagi hai ' but then we always knew that, no?😆
Arnav and Khushi only needed excuses to stay near each other -- to exercise their haq on each other!!!
"While the mouse (in this case, mice) is away, the cat will play!"
(yes a deliberate twist on the actual proverb...as I cannot imagine Arnav Singh Raizada as a mouse...more a panther -a sleek cat😳)
He instructed OP to not disturb them at any cost '👍🏼 yes Arnav, after all those interruptions, knows what is required to be done!
Loved the anticipation you built up here- loved how he guesses what his lovely wife has been upto-seeing the empty plate of bhajiyas and walks to find her in their favorite spot -- and he is spellbound!!! Loved your description of Arnav's finding a rain drenched Khushi..- saree in royal blue, I like!!!👏
Loved how she steps back in fear of the thunder only to be enclosed in the safe loving warmth of her husband's arms--loved the symbolism here- she would always be safe in his arms...
I have no words to describe the next scene--- it was just beautiful- loved every bit of it...it was written so well.. passionate scenes can come off wrong, many times.. what is beautiful, can sound tawdry...but you, my friend , aced it!!! It had every element of hot passion and loads of love in it...well done!!!!⭐️👏⭐️
Loved the morning after scene- another wish fulfilled- thank goodness there were no pancakes here- although, the next time we brainstorm, we could provide you ideas on what else could be done with pancakes and syrup!! 😉☺️
I miss them too!!! Dammit! 😭
I love to brain-storm with you two- Vandy and Mints'..hanging out was never better, ever!!!!😃
