One of my frnds got me one such dress...its more like a wraparound full length skirt!

What u see in pic below is the more decked up version..normally u juist team the skirt with a shirt or top like PC has done..

Is it just the house or she actually lives in backward middle class area??! She was offered so much money by government after her Bronze Medal win... Where did all go!?
