I think because they have presumed she is Navin's girlfriend and a spy. So they have that at the back of their mind. Also Ritu is in love with Naina's Rajveer, even if Naina herself is not aware of whom she wants Rajveer, Huda or neither of them.

Thats true. Besides, Ritu and Alekh are the only mentor-student team who are absolutely comfortable with each other, without attraction being part of it. They respect each other and share a very clean and straightforward rapport.
