Anamika, featuring Simran Kaur and Mudit Nayar --- a tale of a guy bewitched by a chudail, is all set to bid adieu to its viewers next month end.

Despite revamping the show by bringing in a new lead Shivani Surve (Chavi) and showing the door to the original lead Annie Gill, it failed to attract attention from the viewers. The show last registered a rating of 0.5.

Informs the source, "After Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat, Anamika is under the scanner. The channel is contemplating pulling it off and in all likelihood, it will end next month end. Annie would be having the last laugh since the show is ending soon after her exit."

It's not because of Annie leaving, but because of the CVs showing the same story again! 🤢 Who would want to watch the show when they already know what is going to happen?! Good thing this show is ending, I hope the news is true!

Thank god da show is ending. I don't want to recyling show. Da show's trp has been dropped nt due to annie . Cv's recyled da old story and didn't show supernatural stuffs.

There are only two reasons for trp drop--
1. Not making the JEEKA pair.
2. Recycling the same old story.

2.laking of excuvatin
3. Bad script
4.showing black magic
5. Illelogical stuffs
6.jeeka nt possible
7.fail to define da word supernatural
8. Boring salujas drama
9. Chavi's weak character
10.wasting actor's talent.

Thank God!

What else could have happened when :

- Supernatural ingredients were decreasing day by day.

- Storyline was going 'haywire' in the most extreme sense of the term.

- Each well-moulded character had been decimated in the past few months.

- There was absolutely no clarity on what the CVs wanted to show in the future.

- In my view, Rano's exit sounded the death knell for the show. Since then, the show was always looking for a plank for survival. This it could never find.

- By now, the CVs have mercilessly strangulated the very concept that they had nourished and built with so much effort.

I hope this news turns out to be true!

But, I am sure each 'sincere viewer' would be sad given the immense potential the concept had and the way it was squandered.

Dear Ali,

I hope you know that criticising any actor on the basis of their looks is against the rules of India Forums. You have been seen criticising actors with indecent and unparliamentary language in other posts too. You may not like an actor but you are not allowed to use such language against him/her. I dont think the rules of Ramzan fasting and the essence of the Quran allow the use of such language for women.
