MY EXERCISE REGIME
Most of the time I prefer doing cardio and free running because it gives your body flexibility.When you do weights your body tends to become stiff and bulky which is not good thing for a dancer.But that doesnt mean I dont carry weights at all.I do it at times,like once in a blue moon.As a dancer I need more stamina and flexibility which you get from a lot of running and cardio.
MY DIET
I am very fond of food.I just love to eat.However,when I am diet conscious,I keep a check on what I eat.I take in a lot of protein like sprouts,pulses,paneer and brown rice.I avoid butter and potatoes.Maggi is my favourite and I can eat it anytime of the day.
MY PROBLEM AREAS
The two major injuries which I had are my problem areas presently.One is the swelling on my shoulders.Doctors had asked me to stop dancing post that injury.Another one is my thumb injury.My thumb got twisted and because of that I cant bend my thumb.
MY STRENGTH AREAS
Core muscle.For lifts and jumps your core muscle needs to be very strong.
