Lootera messed it up with the budget. Had the budget been low it would have easily been average or semi hit.Movies with not so great stories become hits if they are entertaining enough. Not many people watch movies for cinematography or music.So for a movie like Lootera which is made for a niche audience who can appreciate the great visuals and beautiful frames the budget was too high
Nevertheless it doesnt take away the performances or Vikramaditya's talent
