Because reading takes me places I would never be able to go to, and to explore different lifestyles. It helps you look at some problems differently then you normally would as you may have read something on it. They keep me company when I'm sitting home alone. The character's come to life in a good written book. Reading also helps with vocabulary and better understanding of things. And it's said, 'A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies...the man who never reads lives only one.' 😳

I just love reading; be it my academic books, scientific journals or fiction. It's a great way to relax and enhance knowledge and one of the best way to escape and indulge in vivid imagination. Books are the best educators as they provide understanding of past, present, future and unknown. Different kinds of books have varied benefits. Some provide fun and others can inspire and motivate.

been reading since i have 8 yrs old like that..nw nearly 24 yrs.. i still read.. :))

its like a way to escape reality... :)

at first i didnt like reading @ all... but now.. i read books like food. :P even on my mob i got them...lol... we exchange among cousind..frds... library... :)

even buy whenever there is promotion... :)))

Ok, my story starts a very long ago. When i was in class 1st I uded to buy comics which gave me a kind of thrilling and made my passion of reading more. I used to read each and every book. Since I'm in 9th now I have a home library of my own and I sit there read and sleep with coziness. I like reading because It gives me sense of liberty, joyfulness and love more than my friends. :D I could read forever and ever.. and could live forever in the library. Ah, books you make me feel so good.

only reason i read books is that i want to feel those characters what they are feeling and i also have a great time reading them.

how to answer this .. 😕

When i was in class one .. my Papa gave me a fairytale book .. I just loved it so much .. after that he used to ask us what to gift i used to ask for books only.. Later he used to take us to book shop to buy by ourselves .. So yeah my father inspired me .. and our house is full of different types of books .. I love to read only fiction .. My mom was literature teacher so we have lots of books in those areas ..

so for me my family background made me read book in the first case .. later I got habituated .. 😊
