Kumud needs to kick his butt if he lays a hand on her !
She is most certainly not the subservient type of doormat . Having her in a role where she accepts violence is an extremely bleak road to go down .
She does not need Saras to be her knight in shining armour considering hes the root of all her woes !
Fine one day ( a few hundred episodes away) Saras and Kumud will reunite however upto that point hopefully they are not going to show us continuous mentally physically tortured Kumud.
Shes the hero ! shes made things right in the past and stood hard and stubborn in her character .If she had the will power to change the thought process off Saraswatichandra she has the will power not to take curl up into ball and be treated like dirt .

A much needed post! So many people are saying that they want Pramad to mistreat Kumud so that Saras can come and rescue her - when has she ever needed rescuing in the past? And isn't Saras the reason she had to marry Pramad in the first place? I really hope the CVs show that Kumud stands up for herself - maybe not in front of everyone else but at least when she is alone with Pramad, she shouldn't take any abuse from him.

Completely agree with u... So far kumud has been shown as a really strong character... But if cvs made kumud accepting pramad's behavior then it wld be like killing her character...

I think her character portrayal today was that of shock... I mean, as we've seen, she was completely lost in Saras' memoirs until she warned herself not to think from her heart, but rather, her brain.
Kumud has lived in a household full of pampering and protection as well, so Pramadhan's character portrayal for her, is that of complete foreign nature; no doubt, until today, she hadn't even smelled liquor before.

However, in the long run, after she's accepted what kind of person Pramad is, I do hope as well that Kumud stands strong for herself. By all means I agree with your post! 😊 Kumud indeed, never needed much support, and stood her ground with her values, principles and what she believed in. Let's hope she does the same now!

Thanks for such an awesome post. It was interesting to read your views 😊

i sincerely hope that they concoct something new from pramads entry in kumuds life. dramatic appeal is at a high point esp with pramad in the picture and although you feel predisposed to dislike the guy from his evident nasty bratlike behaviour, i dont much reckon on him being 'the' guy to hate as that was what umesh was good at and wreaked of nasty. i am curious because i feel at some point we might witness his transformation that kumud might cause in him and in a way i look forward to seeing scenes between him and kumud and how their relatiionship might effectuate.. in a strange way negative characters do tend to draw a lot more interest than good ones as the latter well, just gets boring to be honest, its kind of refreshing to see romance blossoming from certain characters that are the anti-hero type. i just hope that the matter is not so straightforward and blunt where you have a hopeless kumud helplessly waiting for saras to come out of his devdas self-pity sulky state to rescue her from meanie hubby. that would be a big total utter dissappointment.
