Obviously for the fans who've already watched it in Hindi, it's really hard (and I mean really hard) to watch it dubbed in English. The sweet voice of Sanaya's and the gorgeous, husky voice of Barun is obviously non-comparable but I think for first time watchers who have nothing to compare it to, the voices aren't too bad. And so far the translations are correct but how on earth are they going to make the fun-loving words like "Laad Governor," "Pati Sari," "Sanka Devi," and such sound any good in English? I have to say I did cringe watching it the way I did and then I finally closed the window being proud that even though I'm not Indian, I know more than enough Hindi to watch it in its original form. (THANK GOD!) 😆
