I think you can sue someone for "breach of promise", and no PMS needs to occure. He proposed to her in front of her whole town, got engaged and then refused to come to the wedding two days before it took place!

There defenitly is a case here. He has reneged on his agreement to marry her. There is no need to prove that there was any sort of physical relationship between them. Marraige is a legally binding contract and a "promise to marry" though not as legally binding as the actual marriage, it still has some legal standing!

Well, on the same note, wasn't there a recent high court ruling that couples that engage in PMS will by default be considered married?

That means that Saras can sue Kumud for bigamy.. Marrying someone else when she is married to him.. Lol! 😆

And of course, Kumud's marriage to Pramad, then automatically becomes null and void!! Yayyy!!!
