Does this not show a ideal hero(SC) in bad light. Anyways we viewers cannot be surprised as saras has emotional issues from first episode so his mother dying because of his father's betrayal would have broken him. It would break any son down especially saras who worships his mother and thinks of her every second he breaths. So we viewers can digest that to some extent.

But Kumud she knows about saras emotional issues, how his step mom treats him so badly, how he cried while playing with kumud Dog and bone game remembering his mom, his yearning for love. When he called her a day before marriage could she not think his step mom had played some trick after all did not Guman warn her she will never allow his wedding to her. Could not kumud call sunny and ask him what had happened? How could she take his words at face value? She just assumed he is a bad human who cannot commit. If Kumud was in Saras place and comes to know VC cheated on Guniyal and hence Guniyal committed suicide so that Kumud has a life and does not be on streets how would she react?

And VC least bothered to find out why saras left home? Why saras rejected wedding? Never asked LN once. That is least a bride's father will do.

And Danny he was in Kumud's house when this news broke, he just left without trying to find what happened? Its just beyong logic.

And LN - i thought he will do exactly what he did to saras. What a father his fault not fault grave sin grave crime (abetment to suicide case) and son gets to know after 23 years and breaks down and instead of asking forgiveness he slaps his son, curses his dead wife and his son and just lets him leave house not once bothering to search for him.
