Yea, that's true. People these days do almost anything for money. And even in Sindoor, the same thing happened, they pretned Kajal was pregnant, and the doctor played a long with them for free though.

And besides, in hindi soaps, the pregnant lady's stomack doesn't get bigger until the very last moment!
