Ehsaas is not ready to eat food, and he seems to be in a bad mood, even though his family coerces him. He walks off from the dining table, and Mr Periwal assures them that Shekhar was right, but Ehsaas could be disturbed.
Aaradhya is researching about blood groups in her room when she realises that what the compounder had said was right, and Shekhar was kinda-sorta lying. She is worried.
The next morning, Ehsaas is shown to have a sudden rash and a ridiculously high fever. The family is worried and Mr Periwal goes to call the doctor.
Shekhar sees a kid playing with his dad and he misses his son- Ehsaas. Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin in the BG as he imagines himself and Ehsaas in that position.
The doctor who has come to check Ehsaas concludes that he is suffering from an allergic reaction to Ajinomoto, and he needs to stay away from it. On enquiring with Ehsaas, he reveals that he ate noodles and pasta at the hospital. Bharti admonishes Aaradhya for having left Ehsaas with Shekhar.
Shekhar is at the door and wants to meet Ehsaas, but Bharti doesn't let him enter or meet Ehsaas. Aaradhya sees this and is troubled.
Aaradhya talks to Madhav's picture and tells him all what has transpired. She misses him.
Ehsaas becomes alright, much to everyone's delight.
Shekhar is at his home and is worrying about Ehsaas. He wants to meet Ehsaas but doesn't know how to do so and is in a dilemma.
Ehsaas needs some craft work done, so the entire family is sitting down and doing it, but they're not able to do so. Pallavi goes to check the net for info while Dadi mentions that Madhav would have solved the problem in a jiffy. Aaradhya and Bharati are disturbed. Shekhar comes to meet Ehsaas and he helps him with his craft work. Dadi once again begins to compare Madhav and Shekhar, resulting in an awkward situation. A disturbed Bharati leaves, and when Dadi comes to enquire why did she leave, she replies that she cannot tolerate anyone comparing Madhav with anyone, and that she is suspicious of Shekhar's intentions.
Precap: Shekhar is writing in his diary -and reading it out loud- about how Ehsaas is HIS son, only to have his emotional outburst overheard by Bharati

Please, for the love of God, stop all the baseless arguments and targeting fanbases. The show is about to end, can we just enjoy the last few days? Also, Bhanu has no intention to disappoint any particular fan base.
