Swayam doesn't know how to feel. He just walked in on his sister and friend almost kissing. Should he be happy that Taani had moved on from Udayvir? Or should he be mad that nobody told him?

He stared at their faces, hoping that one of them would speak. Seconds, minutes past, but everyone seemed to be at a loss for words.

Swayam studied their flushed faces, and quickly realized that they themselves did not know about their feelings. He lifted his hand and put it on his forehead. Ugh, yeh itna stupid kaise ho sakte hai. Lagta mujhe hi kuch karna paredga.

"Uh Bhai, aap?" Taani spoke up, finally breaking the silence. Taani's sentence reminded Swayam of why he had barged into here in the first place, and he felt anger burn in his throat.

"Taani how could you hide such a big thing from me? Is my baby sister so big, that she doesn't feel the need to tell her bhai anything?" Swayam's voice dropped to a low level. Taani quickly got up from her spot and ran into her brother's arms, letting the tears of sorrow finally roll out of her eyes.

"Bhai, woh mere saath aisa kaise kar saktai hai? What have I done so bad, that I deserve this? Maine unse kitna pyaar kiya, aur unhone mujhe use kiya. Kya mai itni buri hoon?" the thoughts that taani had been holding in, had all been poured out infront of the only person she trusted right now, her brother.

Swayam gathered Taani into his arms, and helped her sit on the bed. He cupped her face and wiped away her tears. "Taani, aisa bilkul mat soochna ki tum mai koi galti hai. That Udayvir is just a horrible person. Usko dusro ki feelings ki koi kadar nahi hai."

Taani nodded and looked at him. The innocence and vulnerability in her eyes, made him nervous. His sister was way too precious to get hurt

"Uhm, yeah guys, hate to ruin the whole bhai-behen moment but we still have a problem at hand" Rey's comment earned him a stuffled giggle from Taani, which brought a proud smile to his face.

"Udayvir" the three said in unison.

The three discussed for hours, but seemed to come up with nothing that could solve the problem, yet keep them out of trouble. Exhausted with over thinking, Rey let out a big sigh "I'm done, I can't think of anything."

"Of course you are, can't expect anything else from your tiny brain can we? Is there actually one in there?" Taani asked knocking on his head. "Or is it just hollow space?"

"Listen chipkali, I'm trying to help you alright? So, I don't need any of your snide comments" Rey smirked.

"HAW, CHIPKALI? HOW DARE YOU CALL ME CHIPKALI? YOU'RE SUCH A CHUHA" Taani screamed before lunging towards Rey.

"Swayam, isko utaro man" Rey pleaded as Swayam pulled on Taani by her waist. Finally detaching her from Rey, he held her hands and made her sit on the bed.

"YIKES! Sorry" he said with a sincere tone before he added "Chipkali"

"Rey" Swayam glared at him, as Taani stuck her tongue out at him. Rey grabbed Taani's tongue with his fingers and tugged on it. Taani winced in pain and in anger shook her hands out of Swayam's grab before lunging onto Rey again.

"Don't you dare do that again. If you can't help, stop being a bother" Taani said after both of them had a fair share of hurting the other.

"Why don't you just fake marry him" Rey said jokingly, but a light bulb popped above Taani's head.

"OMG Rey, you're a genius" Taani said happily.

"I am?" Rey asked, totally confused.

"He is?" Swayam asked in the same tone.

"I am" Rey said this time, with confidence.

"Yeah he is, okay so all I have to do, is convince dad not to transfer the properties onto my name, and then fake-marry Udayvir and then see reveal his true self to everyone else." Taani, said clasping her hands together.

"No" Swayam uttered one word, and that's it.

"But why? I have to Bhai, I don't have a choice." I try to reason with bhai but he doesn't budge, so I move over to Rey and put on my best puppy face, but according to his face expression he won't budge either.

"I have to-"

"No, there is no way I am letting you marry that- that bandar" Reys raised voice surprises Taani, while it makes Swayams smile super broad. Swayam could see the care behind Rey's loud voice, the care he was having a hard time displaying.

Rey's actions reminded Swayam of Sharon. That's how she had been at the starting, too scared and egoistic to admit her feelings so she would convert them into anger. He was brought out of dreamland by TaaRey's non-stop bickering.

"Shutup," he shouted, causing both Rey and Taani to close their mouth in mid-speech. "Okay Taani, let's say me and Rey agree, how are you gonna fake a marriage in front of over a 1000 people?"

"Easy, just put chili powder instead of the sindoor and a necklace that looks like a mangalsutra."

ReYam looked impressed with Taani's quick planning. Debating with eachother silently, they finally came to an decision.

"Fine, we'll help"

"Yes, Thanks Bhai" She jumped and hugged her brother and then proceeded to hug Rey. Banging into his chest, she realized what she was about to do. She moved away from him, as a red blush adorned her cheeks.

"Okay, now all we have to do is convince papa" Swayam said, with a worried tone.

"Oh God, that's going to take forever." Taani fell back onto her bed in frustration.

So finally, I was able to update a chapter.

I am glad to announce that due to the numerous requests to continue this ff, I somehow managed to watch old TR scenes and get my inspiration back.
