Busy with a song picturisation on the sets of David Dhawan's Partner in Mehboob studios, Khan sent some friends to fetch him a toy gun! "He had just returned from Jodhpur on Monday and immediately landed on the sets. Later, he asked a friend to go and fetch a toy gun, which are sold at traffic signals. He joked, "Yaar ja ek toy gun hi le aa. At least I , can live with it all my life, without any licence." Everyone around broke into peals of laughter," says a source who was present on the sets. Earlier, HT Caf had reported Khan's birthday do at Panvel detailing how he played a with a toy gun with friends like Zayed Khan and David Dhawan.
Allegedly, Khan had shot black bucks in Jodhpur with a Smith and Wesson .32 rifle revolver and a.22 bore rifle. The actor had explained that he bought the gun for selfprotection. The gun is now in the custody of Jodhpur court. Hope for the actor still is floating though. He can appeal against the cancellation of his licence to the state home department within 30 days.
