Saraswatichandra or Saras as he's called (Gautam Rode) is a smart, intelligent and handsome man. Obedient to his father's every whim and wish, he decides to refuse when his marriage is fixed with Kumud (Jennifer Winget).
Kumud Desai, on the other hand, is strong-headed, educated and beautiful, not what Saras had visualized. Even though a few episodes have gone, he hasn't had a chance to see her properly as she refuses to let him look at her… After all, he rejected her even without looking at her.
For every romance, some tiff is interesting. Clashes that turn into sweet and cuddly love are fodder for a romantic heart. Add to that some family drama, some compassionate acts from our hero, a scheming step mom and businessman dad, some arrogant decisions from dear Kumud and her supportive, modern, loving liberal Indian joint family are the perfect recipe for a superhit.
