Jai is innocent for that night because he didnt do anything! He was drugged... and if a person is drugged they do not thing correctly!

I mean courts free people who have killed others if they were under the influence of a drug, here Jai did not kill anyone...

Jai spent the night with Pia because he was "forced" to... The aftermath of the ONS is another issue...

but still, being a loyal husband means he should have told Bani everything beforehand

its irrelevant how drunk he looked in the episode itself - he was drugged! If that had happened to Bani all hell would have broken loose in this place by now!! Being drugged is a valid legal defence for even murder in ANY country!!

but it is expected, however much he is redeemed, whatever the reasons, for some, Jai will always be guilty - whether there is basis for the argument or not.

yes he should have, but i understand his reason for not doing so. bani should have gone straight to him when she found out about ranveer and jigyaasa. massi should have given "her son" a chance to speak before sentencing him to death. rano should have told her sister the truth instead of hiding it further. pushkar should have gone to bani instead of waiting for her to find out in the worst way.

if they are not punished for their "should have" 's why is Jai??
