Why Lizard still in Walia Mansion?

One question is bothering me alot. what the hell that lizard is still doing in Walia Mansion. 😡 Didnt Massi asked Rano to throw the reptile out of house yesterday???

Can someone please solve this confusion??? how come the other people allowing her to even stay there for a second😡😡
