the unappealing thing about GKLB... is that it has such a slow pace like i can miss a whole week of the show and still know whats happening... i think thats what ruins the show

you are 100% right. this is a good show however, it is too slow.

for instance it took them forever just to show saraswati's wedding. hopefully it will start to pick up.

I agree. I also miss whole weeks and it is always at the same point when i resume watching. And that stupid way of showing everyones faces when there is crisis takes up a lot of time. They will focus on Suryakants, Bas, Savitri, the 3 sisters, Menaka, Rasik, and the two buas and the husband and then for good measure will focus again individually on sarawathies in laws faces if they are present. But all this one by one so that it eats up precious minutes.

I concur.

Saraswati's wedding took longer than a regular LENGTHY wedding 🤢 . Lakshmi's story does have a bit of pace. she is already in love!

exactly man, she is the youngest daughter,
i know she might get married to satya and move in to her inlaws house, and yeah she might then stand up for saraswati, if she is ill treated, it might get interesting then
this show started off good but its 🤢 right now.

another thing to notice, when this show started off, it used to move soooo fast, i mean the father getting married and stuff and the daughters growing up all happening under a week's time
