Just from the precap and spoilers it seems that it most likely will be Adi but you never now the person could be someone we never expected. Even if it is Adi I just have a feeling at the end after much drama it will revealed it is not Adi but someone else I hope I'm right.

I really don't think it is Adi, initially it may be shown that it is Adi for the drama. But with Sheila, Rubel and Latika thinking that everything is going in their favor, the past has shown just when they think they succeeded something happens and their plan fails. I think when this track ends it will be shown that it is either Rubel or Kaira. I also want it to be Rubel but I think it may end up being Kaira, or someone else we never thought of.

I believe that Sheila and Rubel are the real killers. In the past episode the drove Prettie to suicide. they hate everyone. All they want is wealth. Sheila is capable of anything. If the death is due to a child the I think it is Rubel. If the death is due to an adult then it is Sheila. Sheila has always wanted to be lady of the manor

Sheila is a greedy cruel manupilative criminally sane person.
