They can several takes/retakes for the whole song which anyway would have been done in bits and not in one go which makes a huge difference to the whole performance.

HuTi in that case were performing the whole act in one stretch whereas GHT in KS were performing bits which were then edited together..So this performance cannot be compared at all with HuTi's performnance in NB2.

Exactly...thanks for saying that!

I agree....
Hiten n Gauri did not hav a very good choreographer....he just cud not hide their weak points and highlight their strong ones...
Plus, he in the episode in which the choreographers had to dance...he got 18 which was the lowest score and is not very good!

Not sure about winning, but Hiten would have benefitted a lot from a good choreographer!

The 2C's did the trick for HuTi - their chemistry and their choreographers!

HV were very smart in concealing (especially) Tina's weakness, which is fast dancing (personally, I never appreciated Tina in the fast dances, such as the Romance round or the finale). Most of their songs were slow paced, thereby allowing the two love birds to entice one and all with their romance...but, I do believe that if not for HV, HuTi would not have so easily won the show - if not for the blindfolded and rope tactics, HuTI were no more special than the rest; these two performances made them the darling of the judges and masses.
Yes, HV played a HUGE part in HuTi's win and no one can deny that! As for working hard, please, everyone was equally diligent.

For e.g., I am sure Gauri-Yash worked hard on their Salsa, Tu Hu Tu and Aaja Gufaoon Me dances; Manav-Shweta worked hard on their classical dance, folk dance and comedy dance; Tahnaax Bakhtiar worked hard on their ballet, their Yaadein performance, and some of their fast dances; even Hiten and Gauri must have worked extremely hard to put their best foot forward; Shweta-Raja, especially Raja, worked diligently to master Saaki Saaki and Taal Se Taal etc...😕

No one can question the sincerity of any of the couples just to elevate your favorite! And, yes, if the other choreographers had equalled HV's creative genius, I am sure the jodis would have worked harder to not let them down

Very well said. I beleive another very good choreo was Shweta Manav's choreo, but he made a calcualting mistake with Shweta giving her the khathak number.

That way HV made an intelligent move by giving Tina a number which was based more on emoting than steps.

HV are truly creative wonders. Yes, if not for them, Hu Ti might had it tough. But then credit also goes to Hu ti for pulling off acts like the rope and the blind - a lesser dancer no matter how sincere or dedicated could have fallen flat. We have seen how difficult numbers can fall flat if the dancers do not pull it off. The rope act was genius, but could have gone terribly terribly wrong had Hu i not pulled it off. Comparatively, Hiten gauri fell flat on the partition dance. bad choreography, yes, but they also performed horribly. So in all, it's 50-50.

That's very well put. I couldn't agree more. You just can't make non dancers into good dancers, even if you're a fab choreo like HV. But Gauri-Hiten WERE good in Kasamh Se. And imagine that if they reached the top 4 with a sadoo choreo like Arvind, they could have done better if they had a better choreo.

That said, I do agree that this is just speculation, and we can't really say anything for sure. Like Minnie said, it's 50-50.
