TV actor to star in Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor's upcoming co-production

She became famous for her desi roles in TV shows like Kuch Toh Log Kahenge and Kitani Mohabbat Hai. And now, we have been told that Kritika Kamra is all set for her big Bollywood break. The actor will be seen in Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor's yetuntitled (buzz is that it will be called Badtameez Dil) co-production starring Emraan Hashmi and Kareena Kapoor. The romcom goes on floors in September or October,

and will be shot in Mumbai and Delhi.

"Yes, Kritika has been finalised for the film as the second female lead. She has an interesting role alongside Kareena," says an insider. "In fact, she had to go through multiple auditions and screen tests before being finalised for the part. She has already met the director, a few times, to discuss her role."

To be helmed by newcomer Akshay Roy, the film will bring Kareena and Emraan together on the silver screen for the first time. Kritika was last seen in the show Ek Thhi Naayka. Despite repeated attempts, Karan, Ekta and Kritika couldn't be reached for
