It would be good if Rashid behaves like a father to Asad for a change and be firm and not let the guilt of leaving them 17 years ago shut him up.
Rashid to go to Asad to try to speak with him. For sure, Asad is going to raise his voice at Rashid but Rashid should be louder and tell Asad that he(Rashid) believes that Asad has been framed by Tanveer and that Asad should have listened to Zoya when Zoya told Asad about Tanveer. Rashid should be the one who plants that seed of doubt about Tanveer in Asad's mind.
Now Rashid should not start by explaining about the reason why he left Dilshad and Asad, instead he should concentrate on getting Asad to listen about Tanveer. Once he has Asad's full attention, then Rashid should tell Asad, he understands what Asad is going through as the Rashid was also in the same situation.
Rashid should then advise Asad and convince Asad that Asad is stronger than Rashid and not to make the same mistake as Rashid did. He should convince Asad that he should go after Zoya and ask for Zoya's forgiveness and most importantly forgive himself.
