IS JHUMKI FALLING FOR SIDDHANT?
When Jhumki came to Bharadwaj house with Simar, her only wish was to do her job of impersonation Roli, and leaving with the money Prem promised her. But off late, we have seen Jhumki feeling more than just dutiful towards Siddhant, which makes us wonder, is she falling for him? Let's look at Jhumki's 'loveria' symptoms.
Playing hard to get- When Siddhant was reunited with his Roli, he went a little overboard with his affection for her, making Jhumki intensely uncomfortable who kept her distance from him. Even now, Jhumki stays away from him, but there is a sense of shyness in her which wasn't there before.
Falling for his charms- Siddhant arranged for a romantic surprise for Roli (Jhumki) which was more of a shock for her. At the start of the evening, Jhumki couldn't wait for Siddhant to shut up. But by the end, we saw her responding automatically to his charms. It was only after Simar disturbed them that Siddhant's spell was broken.
Interest in Siddhant- Siddhant narrated his love story in an attempt to bring Roli's memory back. But it had a fascinating effect on Jhumki, who couldn't believe that such a perfect man could exist. She also quizzed Simar about Siddhant and Roli's love story, which is definitely a sign of her interest in Siddhant.
The perfect gentleman- By Jhumki's own admission, all the men that she has met in her life have looked at her crassly and grabbed her attention with catcalls. But in sharp contrast, Siddhant looks at her with loving eyes, and is perfectly behaved around her. And this contrast has not escaped Jhumki's eyes.
Fear of losing him- Jhumki was terrified enough of Khushi's fingerprint test to have nightmares about the family throwing her out after finding out that she's not Roli. Siddhant was in the foreground of the dream, angry abut her pretending to be Roli. When someone starts making an appearance in your dreams (or nightmares), you're in trouble.
Divine intervention- Jhumki, who was annoyed at Siddhant accompanying her to the temple, had a change of heart and asked him to spend some more time with her. She also laughed freely at Siddhant's goofy behaviour, and blushed when Siddhant caught her when she tripped. All these look like signs that Jhumki is falling for Siddhant's charms
