Very nice analysis! If Asad didn't trust Zoya on several occasions, Zoya also has reasons to misunderstand Asad in this particular occasion. She has seen Asad hugging Tanveer in several occasions. She has seen them holding hands. She even told Asad once "I have friends too, but I am not always glued to them". So, she has reasons to believe when Tanveer seduced Asad, maybe he couldn't say no.
