Yet again Asad chose his childhood friend over the woman he presumably loves. He very well knows that Zoya was abandoned by her father...she has seen her mother burn in front of her eyes...she was abandoned at a very small age...but yet he chose to abandon her and run after Tanveer...did he give a second thought that he should have atleast called Zoya or even Dilshad to let them know that he was out there running after some goons...

Many a times in this forum I have seen posts proclaiming that Asad loses his senses and gets wild when Zoya is in danger...and it only applies in the case of Zoya and only Zoya...he forgets to think rationally...so what happened today? He sees Tanveer in car and forgets to think rationally that he is going to leave a stranded Zoya at the alter ?

Please don't be mistaken if you think I didn't think he should have helped Tanu...ofcourse he should have helped but here he should have called the cops...he is an influential person in Bhopal...I am sure the cops would have responded...it was his wedding day after all...But no he yet again Zoya was not his priority...Tanveer was like always.

I will not be surprised if he yets again screams and shuts Zoya up if she would accuse Tanveer of planning this...Asad will yet again choose Tanveer and shut up Zoya.

The real victim here is Zoya...who yet again has been abondoned in her life.

Now all I want to see A Screaming Zoya...An Unforgiving Zoya...An adamant Zoya...A determined Zoya to wants to move on away from this crap...

She has the right to be emotionally shattered...she has the right to cry and she has the right to walk away.

Above all she did not deserve this...not now ...not ever. I

I don't want her to forgive Asad for what he has done...not for being raped by the disgusting woman but for yet again placing her second to his beloved bestie. I want her to make it very clear to Asad that this time it's either her or his Tannu...he cannot have it both ways ...I want her to not enter the khan house until that rapist is not thrown out.

Abandonment is a sin...Asad should know the pain better than anyone...his mother went through it...he went through it ...Najma went through it...and yet he does the same to the woman who loves his mother and his house more than anything...the woman he proclaims to love.

I wish Zoya ran to Ajmer and had plastic surgery so Asad wouldn't recognize her. Gosh, this show has me so emotionally invested in it! Zoya's devastated expression is one I will NEVER forget 😭

I still can't get over the night-mare that just came true in this show 🤢

I am not emotionally attached anymore...the treatment of a sensitive issue like rape...the vulgarity and indecency ...everything has turned me off.

Some additional thoughts from another post...

Well my biggest problem is that how will Asad forgive himself for not trusting Zoya? Didn't he become a Rashid today (not in the sense of cheating his love, but in the sense of messing up his priorities to some extent...) I dont blame him. He is a great, noble soul and just did what a good friend would do (today) but this does not go to say that he has paid no heed to Zoya's warnings or her displeasure on their physical proximity. How could tanveer do that puky thing in the car... As if she is losing a lover... He should not encourage such behavior. Now, we all know he can be *drugged* but Tanveer wasn't drugged, was she? She knew it was Asad's nikaah, didn't she? She will cook up a story that Asad forced himself on her.. but come on... did she really have to sleep with him and stay there? Asad should question all this... Its true that Zoya could not prove anything against Tanveer, but he should have respected her fears... When Zoya asked him during the skirt incident, what is that you would not do just because I dont like it... I had thought it will atleast result in him discouraging physical contact with Tanu...

I am a litle mad at Zoya also for ignoring Tanveer's threats. I know she trusts Asad, so she knew that Asad would never willingly sleep with Tanu or hurt her, but when Tanu had openly declared her intentions and the level she can stoop too (she tried to kill Zoya several times, hurt her own eye, etc., ) she should have been cautious and atleast confided in someone - Ayaan, Dilshaad someone! By underestimating Tanu... I feel she did a mistake. Again, I am not saying that she would have for once thought that Asad can do something... but you dont beat a criminal, disgusting mind like Tanveer by just making her jealous that today is your nikaah, etc., etc. Those gave us awesome Mitwa moments, but it was childish to do...Think of it, would you for once, tolerate such a woman? I would have slapped Tanveer then and there. By enduring the acid Mehndi... she did win accolades for her patience... but she should have told Dilshaad in private that it was Tanu who did it, and that she openly admitted to it too. I am sure Dilshaad would believe her.

I think I should stop thinking... Its not healthy for me...

Honestly, if I saw my best friend getting shoved into a car and I knew she was being harassed I would go after them. I would also call the cops and call my home and inform everyone but even if it was my wedding day, I think I would go after them.

I agree Asad could have handled things better but today and Zoya should be mad about that. But this is an extraordinary circumstance and so I would not blame him completely. Most things on this show are extraordinary circumstances that don't occur in real life and so they are hard to judge.

I disagree that Zoya was the real victim today. Asad tried to be a true friend and good person by risking a lot to save Tanveer and in return he got raped and now will have to live with guilt of something he did not do. Zoya was left and at the alter and had to see Billi win. Today Asya were both equal victims.

@Random Squared... I agree. A lot of things are exxagerated here... but, its just difficult to ignore the mistakes each character has made to lead to where the things ended up being today... :(

Rupanzale, well written...

Zoya is not to blame... If we have to put ourselves in her situation, I think we would have done the same... We don't think like a villain, so its difficult to be able to guage and I'm sure that Zoya would have been prepared after the nikaah not before...

Why do I have the snakiest feeling that Rashid has hired a private investigator to tag Tanveer and her activities and the private investigator has taken pictures of the stage? Rashid fears for Zoya's life.
