I very hesitantly wrote this OS as it is on Vrimar but hope you all like it and it is appropriate. P.S: Amar is not in a relationship here.

"In Lamhon Ke Daaman Mein"
"Cut it!"
The director yelled and she let go of the painful emotions, wiped her tears and walked to the green room where everyone had been sitting.
"Hogya shot?" Shaan asked, to which she nodded while removing layers and layers of make-up on her face.
"Haan'I just now want to get this dance rehearsal done with." She was nervous, actually that would be an understatement. Dancing with Amar has always been a challenge for her; he was nice and extremely helpful but his dancing made her feel inferior. She was able to openly talk to him, joke around with him and even pull his legs'but when it came to dancing she became numb.
Gathering all the confidence she waved Shaan goodbye and walked off to the rehearsal hall.
"Hey Vri! Where you going?!" Vrushi called out from behind still trying to balance on her skates.
"Dance rehearsal'" She replied making a frowning face.
"AWww'good luck!" Vrushi gave her an assuring look but then added, "But, grab me some dairy milk okay!"
Vri shook her head knowing that this girl would never change'.chocolate chocolate all day'kuch aur sujhta hi nahi.
She dropped her duffle bag as she entered the rehearsal hall.
"Finally! I thought you were too busy taking pics," she rolled her eyes as Amar teased her.
"Oh just hush'and let's get this done with'waise I might come by to see Troy."
"Anytime yaar' accha chal let's start warna Palki ma'am chila ti hui aajayengi." We both chuckled at how Palki reacts each time they start fooling around.
The music started and he grabbed her hand and inched her in to start off.

He twisted her around and she swayed with the help of the heels and smooth floors. She spun quickly as he let go of her waist but not for long because he grabbed her waist and did a few tango steps with her.
His foot led her while she followed.
He smiled at her when he noticed her wrapping her leg around his on time, "You're catching up quickly."
"Thanks'but just hope I don't mess this up."
"Come on'jab Amar yahan hai toh mess-ups ki koi gunjaish hi nahi," he winked her and suddenly yanked her into the ever famous R. K pose. His hands held her firmly and the two gazed into each other's eyes.
It seemed natural now'especially after doing it over and over again on-screen. He gripped on tighter and touched her bare skin as he lifted her up slowly from the pose.
Tanana dom ta dom tanana dom ta dom...

They lifted their arms to the side and he entwined his fingers with hers. She shivered a little sensing his breath on the crook of her neck. She closed her eyes feeling the moment and the softly swaying music. It felt good, relaxing and calm.
"Tum itni garam kyu ho?" Amar asked while resting his head on her shoulder. She was confused'"What?"
"Aree'tumhare haath itne garam kyu hain?" He clarified, she sighed.
"Mere haath garam nahi hai, tumhare haath thande hain," she said as his palm ascended from her fingers to her shoulder. Damn'they were freezing but she liked it.
Samay ne yeh kya kiya, badal di hai kaaya
Tumhe maine pa liya, mujhe tumne paaya
Mile dekho aise hai hum, ke do sur ho jaise madhdham

Amar twisted her around, they were chest to chest but her arms had been tied back by him. She followed the next step and got her feet between his. They were so close that she had to lean back, but she decided not to and kept her face on his shoulder instead.
They did a square waltz'slowly taking three steps at a time and still maintaining the close proximity.
"You know'you're pretty talented," he complimented with a straight face.
"If only all thought that way," she whispered softly remembering the painful comments and criticism she received just that morning. Amar was smart enough to not question more because he knew how hard it was for her to deal with all that hate.
So to distract her he got on to the next step. He quickly twirled her around and then grabbed her waist. She banged against him and all her thoughts flew out the window. Their foreheads and noses were touching each other. She just leaned on to him breathing in the woody cologne and he relaxed holding her like that.

Their heart rates were up. Not because of the dancing but due to the closeness. It doesn't matter who it is but when the opposite gender is so close butterflies are sure to fly. She tried her best taking deep breaths to relax her jumping stomach and thumping heart.
"Thank god'ramdev baba kabhi toh kaam aaye," she thought.
On the other hand Amar was busy in his own thoughts. He was enjoying holding her and supporting her. He had seen her grow as an individual, as an actor and now a dancer, to be there and see her flourish was a proud feeling. He looked at her again and she was trying hard to waft off the hair bothering her. He smiled and without missing the beats tucked the hair in behind her ear. She responded shyly at his action but did pass on a small thanks.

The song finished and he reluctantly let go of her. The warmth and coziness suddenly went missing. The atmosphere was getting awkward for Vri as the butterflies in her stomach started fluttering again.
"That was a good choreography," she complimented just to start a conversation and make things light.
"Thanks! We might need just one more rehearsal." No they didn't need any more rehearsal but he wanted to have one anyway. He realized how long it had been since they had spent some good friend to friend quality time together.
"Hey'you coming over today?" He asked just as she was about to leave.
"Today?" She sensed the desperation in his voice.
"Yeah'I'm making your favourite today." She jumped hearing that and excitedly asked, "Bhindi?"
"Nah'sandwiches." He chuckled as she frowned.
"Tumhe waise bhi aur kya aata hai," she mumbled slowly but accepted his offer, "I'll come by at 7ish."
"I'll be waiting."
With that, her day came to an end. Wait'not really'she still had dinner.
