Asad's character and his marriage beliefs

We got (almost) confirmed spoiler from Mishti that marriage is not going to happen because Tanveer will win in her plan and make Asad and Zoya believes that Asad had SR with her. Zoya will go to Ajmer. Asad will follow her and Tanveer gets angry so she also reaches Ajmer

After this spoiler many of us questioned, Asad will let go Zoya because of guilt and he would think to marry Tanveer..

So here my point is, why should he let go Zoya? Why should he marry Tanveer? Is this going with Asad's character Cv's portrayed till now. Yes, this guy is very much tehzeeb and tameez wala, but at the same time he believes in constitution of marriage so much. Does he believe in marrying a girl out of guilt? Asad will feel very guilty for betraying Zoya as well as doing this thing to his best friend.. But marrying Tanveer out of this wont make any sense. If he marries Tanveer only because he spent one night with her, then how is it different than forcing Mariam to marry the man who raped her (Mangalpur). Asad was very much against that marriage when he gets to know the truth. So why will he agree to marry Tanveer only because he spent one night with her. You will say Marian was raped, but even Asad did not do it willingly. Won't Asad try to redeem this in another way than marrying Tanveer. He is man of morals so he will accept his fault and punish himself but will he think of marriage with Tanveer? Won't he think when he finally loves Zoya, marrying Tanveer will be one more crime where he knows he can not give his 100% to this relation. Asad will give himself hardest punishment possible that won't be marrying Tanveer. Will he really think marriage with Tanveer is solution and his punishment? I really doubt..

Then I don't find any problem him following Zoya because he loves her and deserves to explain the situation once to her. He deserves to say sorry to Zoya. He deserves to say Zoya how much he loves her. He might not want to marry Zoya becase he betrayed her but he will go to sa sorry once.

I don't think how everyone perceives Asad's character but according to me marrying Tanveer out of guilt is not going with his character.

Marriage is beautiful and divine thing. Should it base on guilt? I think the basis of marriage is only and only. It can not be guilt.

Well said...yeah tanveer is out of Nikah section..asad showing marrying tanveer out of guilt is baseless and not related to story at all it is like sidetracking gather story and Seperation asya forever..if no Nikah now maybe in near future but they r meant for each other...

Very valid points. Marrying Tanveer is out of the question...now, a member called wahforums has some valid points...she mentioned this in my thread that it would be a setup by Tanveer to just show Zoya that they are in a compromising situation...she wouldn't even blame Asad for anything. She would take Razia's help in arranging goons to attack her coercing Asad to believe that she is on the verge of getting assaulted...Asad comes and saves her...he opens his sherwani to cover her and she hugs him...in the meantime Zoya comes in and sees it...she sees Asad voluntarily hugging Billo and misunderstands...Asad then follows her to Ajmer and Billo accompanies him. This is what wahforums thinks and I think there is a possibility that it might happen in this way because billi accusing Asad of rape will not make sense. Asad will follow Zoya because he is free of guilt. I did make a thread on this...please check it out.

I agree. Marrying her out of guilt goes against his beliefs. And he also wanted to marry a girl that loved Dilshad more than him. So far he still considers that to be Zoya IMO, because Tanveer hasn't done nearly as much as Zoya has for his family. And even if Tanveer manages to convince him, then he will give the child his surname and take care of it (not really, hopefully the truth comes out before this) but marrying a woman he does not love, and whom he would not be happy with, and therefore not be able to make her happy would be him following in his father's footsteps. Which is DESPERATELY does not want to do. Hence his initial pushing of Zoya away from himself. But he even said in today's episiode, that he won't let anyone come between them. I truly believe, when he puts his mind and heart into something, he's determined enough to see it through. So if he wrongs Zoya, as he thinks he does, I feel he'll do what he can to pacify her and make it up to her. And marrying Tanveer sure as hell isn't a way to that.
