This is getting serious...SRK better come out and release a statement regarding this issue...whether it is true or false...😕...he can't let it pass in silence like other rumours (if it is only a rumour)

SRK didn't mention that anywhere, neither did anyone from his family. I called bull on that article (which said he's having a boy) as soon as I read it. SRK never confirmed the news himself and honestly, even if he did know, don't think he'd say it in public like that. I think this is overreaction when the person in question hasn't even confirmed it, just a random article mentioned it without proof of any source.

Edit: however, I think he should come forth and clear all the speculations and misunderstanding to avoid any further controversy, that's the last thing he needs.

Before going to media, did the Radiologist Association even bother to check the authencity of SRK quoting about having a 'male' child??

why the media is so interested...its srk-gauri personal issue...why do they have to dig their nose in this matter...sometimes media should leave celebs in their personal space...its b/w husband-wife...why are third person trying to create nuisance in their personal matter

wat the hell. did srk confirmed that he n gauri r having child trough surgacy and they know the unborn child sex.. if he did then their should be inquiry otherwise wat the heck r the going to inquire if srk say that this news is not true.

Mages, it is not about a husband-wife personal issue. Determining an unborn child's sex in India is a serious criminal offence.

I think, there concern is about the rumors of the child being a boy...as in how was it determined beforehand. I don't think they care whether SRK is having a child through surrogacy or anyother means.

Though, I agree that nowhere has SRK made the statement that he is even going to have a baby, let along a boy child.

But since his PR or atleast someone from the media has talked about this issue, so it would be much better if he makes a clear statement that he does not know about the sex of his unborn child. (if he is indeed having a baby through surrogacy)

He is a celebrity and like it or not, his actions probably has more impact than we would like to think.

This surrogacy news was 'leaked' conveniently exactly when Chenni Express promotions began.

Bollywood Actor/actresses motto – any controversy is good exposure and the general public always falls for it.

Wheather he said it or not, what are the chances he'd even get a simple slap on the hand if they have actually asked for the gender?

I agree on this. Its illegal in India to determine the sex of an unborn child. So I was surprised that Mid-day claimed that the unborn baby was a boy.
