Zoya was bearingg the pain to show Tanveer that she can go at any exceed to save and prove her love for Asad. Tanveer is now aware that Zoya truely loves Asad alot.

I think, the episode was a hint that Zoya can do anything for her love and will bear any pain that comes in her way but will not move away from her decision/aim to reveal tanveer's truth.

Yeh True. She is a true lover and a fighter. I couldnt say people bashing that she did last night for her love. She wanted to show Tanveer her love for which she can bear any pain.😃
