Did you see RK licking his lips several times

One thing I noticed is when RK and Madhu separated when Radhaji and Bittuji found them, RK was licking his lips as if to lick off Madhu's lipstick, now the frontal scenes were showing a kiss about to happen, Madhu closed her eyes and RK's face was a little close, but the back of the head of Madhu when they removed the pink divider, and the way they were holding each other was different, so perhaps the CV's by that licking of lips and blushing and guilty looks are trying to imply a kiss happened, what do you think, why would he lick his lips so much?
