I didn't really want to participte in this discussion as I find this whole accusations of blood thicker than water extremely painful and just totally inhuman ...this sort of thing would make people think 10 times before going into a lovely thing like adopting a child ,,,,because no matter what they do , how much they love the child , this world will always be reminding the child that he or she is adopted and blood is thicker than water and that the parent is angry with them ( even if they have a valid reason for doing so ) then it is because they are not the child 's real parents ...
I would like to ask one queston here ...Archana is being accused of doing zulm on poor Purvi because she told her that she will not see her face and that Archana is dead for her ...
Archana was in the hospital, according to her doctor she was still very emotionaly weak and was to be kept away from any kind of stress.She is a woman who comes from a conservative way of thinking where girls do not have sex before marriage .She found out that her daughter became pregnant without married and the father of the baby is none other than a person who is currently her brother in law .
Archana was extremely shocked , devastated and in such a bad condition that she actually physically fainted ...it was all just too much .Purvi was her pride and she was always so happy that Purvi had good sanskaars ...
So in a fit of anger and extreme passion she told purvi to get lost and that is why so many here are calling Archana a bad mother , blood thicker than water , Purvi an orphan etc etc etc ...
What about Purvi???
Was it only Purvi who sacrificed for Archana ???

Did Archana not do anything for the girl ??
Was Archana not the one who gave 18 years of her life bringing up this girl with so much love and effection that even her biological daughters feel left out ..she wanted Purvi married to Arjun even though she was going to lose her entire family in doing so ...but she stil lwas going ahead and wanted to give Purvi a respectable grand wedding and the husband of her choice ...
So the question is , did Purvi remember any of Archana 's sacrifices when she was having sex with Arjun before being married to him ...Did she remember any of her mother's sanskaars and how much her mother took pride in the fact that she has raised a girl who will never do anything wrong ?
No obviously not ...
Archana 's face , her love and her sacrifices were the last thing on Purvi's mind when she was enjoying herself with Arjun ... in the passion and her jazbaat ( as she has said herself ) she just got swept away not at all thinking about her mother and the trust that her mother placed in her ...
So why is blood not thicker than water for Purvi ?????
Purvi too in her passion and jazbaat did not think once about her mother's sacrifices ...
Maybe if it was her real mother than she would have been a little more careful ..
.after all her family's name would be at stake ( sounds aweful and horrible but then the feeling is the same for those who admire Archana for the way she has brought up Purvi ) .
In her hospital room, it was shown that Archana was crying and wondering if Purvi was wrong or right ...within hours Archana is now giving Purvi the benefit of doubt but I did not see any regret on Purvi's face when she had come back after getting intimate with Arjun ...She came out of the car with a big smile ...not once shown sad as to how will I face my mother who trusted me and send me out with Arjun even late nights ...
it is really very sad how people in this forum have dealt with this sensitive issue of adoption ...
Don't want to say anymore on this , specially on the adoption issue ...
