Yes. I like him. I like his looks. His dance. His acting. I don't give a damn about his personal life. As far as him as an actor and star and entertainer, for me, he is the perfect 'Paisa Vasool' actor.

Yes, his last few movies worked. Yes, he picks good scripts but so did HR. Let's see how long he can sustain this success. Giving a few hits in a row doesn't mean you're a superstar. It can all go wrong with a couple flops. Longevity is what counts. Let's not jump the gun and start calling him a superstar.

No offense but RK is not solely responsible for YJHD's success. ARK and Deepika also get credit for that. ARK is riding high after the success of Aashiqui2. I am willing to bet a lot of teenagers went to see him. However its typical of the Indian press to go ga ga over RK and hype up anything he does. This was not a solo hero movie. Its not all RK. Comparing him to any of the Khans is utterly ridiculous. When he consistently gives hits with no name actresses we can start mentioning him in the same sentence as the Khans. Until then, Hell No!

Insecure? 🤣🤣 One 100 crore movie with the help of 2 other co stars and RK is a superstar? 🤣 He is not worthy of a mention alongside the Khans especially Salman who has been giving ATBBs one after the other. Oh and he IS a reigning superstar. A real superstar. Unlike some who are a creation of over hype.

Have you not seen the multiple news articles that have come out that are proclaiming Ranbir to be this huge start that has out-done the Khans.

Obviously there is going to be comparison, doesn't matter if Ranbir's career is 10 years old or 1. Hrithik was INSTANTLY compared to the Khans with his first movie.

This whole "25 year" crap is just an excuse. Even The Khans themselves weren't big stars for the entire 25 year old period.

Ranbir's relevancy and popularity is just a sad attempt to keep the kapoor name alive. He is in no way a huge star.

d day ranbir starts acting in shitty movies like salman has acted in bak to bak for years n which flopped n still has massive fanfollowing i will call him a superstar.or d day he cn make a movie like ready a hit.

or may be a day wen despite being given d worst negative publicity in media ever n being labelled a criminal n wat not he still gets love from people from all generations from a kid to an old man.dat wud be d day i will say yes ranbir is at par with salman khan n is a superstar.

It just seems like Ranbir's relevancy is media-made to me 😕 I could be wrong but who knows! Now the media is making Ranbir walk away with all the credit but to me it looks like more people went to ARK than Him 😆

Infact, youtube videos, facebook, even on this forum, seems like ARK was a big pull as well yet there is no real media acknowledgement of this.

I personally find him extremely overrated and very average.

Your thoughts?

I do believe the day Ranbir gets married and all of his linkup stories are gone, that will be the day we will know for sure whether he's a star or just a celebrity! I gotta hand it over to him, he knows how to play his card well in the media...he's a good actor off screen, in fact better off screen!
