Yeh, but unlike you, they are welcoming this change, it's a refreshing start... the Khan's are approaching their end of shelf life, I'd say 5 years max as leading actors... time is not on their side.

For the 1st time in this forum, i would agree with u... but don't get me wrong... It was RK's Rockstar which i promoted n cheered 2 be his biggest hit in this forum, all alone, uss time yeh sudden RK Fans nahi the...

If i love his work, will definitely praise him, would love 2 see coming in top 5 in future. But But But... peechey waala nahi angreji waala... BUT

It is bashers like u, who will instigate me 2 defend Salman against this upcoming celeb Mr.Ranbir Kapoor ... stop trashing salman film in comparison, i won't say anything 2 him...

U expect something from me... u have 2 do something... Members u named won't blink a eye even if their fav. idol is ripped apart in bashing in this forum, coz it ain't their personality, it doesn't matter 2 dem...it matters 2 me...

Of course he is. How else do you get a 60+ Crore weekend? Ranbir has age on his side, and mos timportantly, the youth/young folks...are fans of his and his acting at least. They like his films and expect good things from him. He has interesting films with interesting directors in hand, BW industry aka his colleagues love him seeing the orgasmic reaction they all had for his acting in YJHD.

Overrated, over-hyped is a completely different matter.

Can we stop giving Ranbir the entire credit of YJHD, IMHO it was should be the team credit, Ayan's movie after WUS and Dharma's over promtions, hell RK promoted it so far by using their past relationship (RK-DP) and he took it to the point where he was sounding crazy with Nargis being his grand mother😆

We can call him a star the day he makes a crappy movie hit like SRK or Salman...

But yes he's definitely getting there...

oh god...can we just stop comparing ranbir with the 3 KHANS...seriously its insane to compare a 6 yrs old experience actor to a 20-25 yrs experienced actor who have excel in their respective field and gain themselves a very very strong base star power...

ranbir still have a long way to go...the 3 KHANS have given Indian Cinema some ATBB movie in terms of DDLJ...KKHH...MPK...HAHK...Raja Hindustani...no movies which have been made now able to break this record...so still ranbir have a long way to go to break this records and give a ATBB to indian cinema...rather than BO of first 2 weeks...

the reason why YJHD worked is becos of the excellent music...of course the main reason ex-lovers paired up...which have never happened before in BW...a industry where ex-lovers doesn't even want to look at each other...here ex-lovers are being romantically paired up...the curiosity is immense...otherwise from story wise ...its the same old story...but ayan told it with lots of heart and honesty...

the main reason the movie worked is becos of Ex-Lovers Ranbir-Deepika chemistry which sizzled on big-screen...and the foursome awesome...

i don't think Besharam or Bombay Velvat will break this much record...though it might work becos of ranbir...but breaking records that YJHD is doing...its impossible...so this shows the film work due to Ranbir-Deepika pairing...it was a great move by ayan to bring this ex-lovers back on-screen...

for me ranbir have a long way and this BO freaks and media should comparing him with the KHANS...Akshay...Ajay...if they want to compare...they can do it by comparing him with the current bunch...

ranbir is a star...but still a long way to reach the superstar tag that the 3 KHANS ruling for decades

the 3 KHANS can make a stupid illogical movie into a clean hit...they have such star power...if ranbir can achieve that he is a superstar indeed...he still have a long way to gain KHANS star power...but yes he is a star icon for the youths...
