Why did Zoya still have the skirt on when Mulvi was there? She could have just changed into casual jeans

It made no sense her running from pillar to post trying to hide- she could have just gone and changed- they were at home! Just adding some mirch masal for th Esaki of it without any need makes no sense...we the audience are not so dimwitted!

Cause otherwise how could they have the scene with Asad going off on her? Zoya does something silly, Asad scolds her, she cries and he gives her a gift. We've been seeing that every week.

this is drama...she just got out of her room n saw the maulvi saab sitting...she could have gone to change as her room was so near...but NO...they always want to create problem... :P
