Purvi do listen to her mother. Her mother is her God so to speak. Whatever her mother ask her to do she does, she supported her mother to test arjun's love for her when she could have easily walk away with arjun, go to the registrar off and get married and forget about family.
She does listen even to sulo and savita when they asked her not to meet arjun and accused her of having a relationship with arjun outside of their respective marriages.

Off course, I enjoyed reading your comments and actually can see reason in them as I know youa re always harsh on purvi and arvi but happy to know that somewhere in your mind, you know what it is like to be in purvi's shoes.

You know what. I don't get too attached to any character or actor. Yes, i like onir more than arjun but that doesn't mean that i will support him if has evil intention, i'm not a blind fan who will reason out or defend a character just because he's my favorite. I used to praise purvi and dislike ovi in the past but i had a change of heart when purvi ruined arjun's life and hated her character even more when she donated her baby and lied to everyone. Yeah, let's say her intentions were good and she only did those stupid sacrifices for her mother and ovi but did those sacrifice helped make things better? Especially to arjun and ovi? No right? But if only she was firm in her decision to marry arjun if she really loved him then they could have been together as a family by now with their baby. I'm sure there are other ways for archana to be accepted by manav and her children. So for me, all of purvi's sacrifice is a waste. She did it for her mom and ovi's happiness but will her mom be happy when she finds out that purvi's sacrfices ruined lives and caused so much pain to many people. No right? Archana might even slap her for swapping babies. Regarding ovi, i used to call her selfish, a brat, self-centered and other nasty things. I used to hate her but then again i had a change of heart and started liking her so much when i saw ovi try to rectify her mistakes and did her best to be a good mom to pari. So you see, my feelings for a character depends on what is shown on the t.v. for instance savita. I want to kill her before everytime she ill-treated archana but when she accepted her mistakes and became a good mother-in-law i started appreciating her. As of now, i still don't like purvi and arjun but who knows maybe if they become honest to everyone about their feelings and file for divorce instead of hiding their true feelings for each other from their spouses, then i might have a change of heart again. Raya, i don't like lies, i don't like cheating. I know how it feels like to be betrayed and cheated by a loved one and that is the reason why i am not fond of arjun and purvi.

Same here in terms of characters. I defend what I feel is right and not liking a character to the point where I defend every thing that they do - right or wrong. if you look at all my post you will see such.

I am however, fond of purvi and arjun on screen chemistry. Its just mind blowing. However, that does not mean I wont call a spade a spade.
