I am confused if Sambar-Idli is included in Hospital food...😕😕😕
In today's epi we saw archana was served Sambar-Idli!!!😆
Was it really there...???...or it was my misunderstandingg??😉

She is unwell as said by doctorss and she's eatingg sambar idli??!!

Idly is healthy food, steamed rice cakes, actually idlys can be called health food. And sambar is daal so thats healthy too so yes, idli sambhar can be served in hospitals. 😊

ya n dont forget its quite popular in south india..

if it wasnt healthy..it would not have been popular there!
