Life is a mystery. He was fit and fine and was in his early 30.
Cardiac arrest seems odd. I liked his acting.

May God bless his soul. RIP..

It sounds very much like adult death syndrome, i have heard of a good few cases here, it has also happened to mostly men, who are very fit and active, anywhere from their teens up to thirties. Unless there is a medical team at the site of a persons collapse the outcome is grim.
As far as i know there is no external reason for this to happen to someone only that there is some abnormality in the heart from birth or through genetics. the heart is under a lot of stress during a workout and more so with people who work out a lot, hence why this happens to fit people.
I'm from Ireland and here there was a number of young men who were fit and healthy who died on football pitches and other sports games, after this it was in the news a lot. I think about five boys died of the same thing within a short space of time and people here reacted by fundraising to make sure that there was a defibrillator in all sports clubs and people received training on how to use it
this is a case of a footballer in England who was eventually saved by early treatment http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2118290/Fabrice-Muamba-dead-78-minutes-shocked-15-times-heart-beating-again.html

It is so sad when the life of someone is taken away to soon, may he rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers are with his family
