A Love Like No Other.

She didn't know what it was about him.
What it was that drew her to him, like a moth to a flame.
As though he was the missing piece of her life and she finally found him, even though he was an unsolved puzzle that she still hadn't figured out...
Why she felt as though she'd known him for all her life when she had only a few moments with him.
Yet those moments were the ones she cherished.
Why, when she swore she wouldn't love anyone else but RK, she said yes to him.
It was after seeing his eyes.
His eyes.
They were the first thing she noticed.
God, were they beautiful. So mesmerizing; she could almost drown in them. They were striking.
But they were filled with pain, hurt, longing and sadness. That was when she knew he was broken; and she would fix him. She would share his sadness, give him happiness, and share a piece of her heart.
She loved him.
She loved her darling Bittu ji.

I don't love you Deepali.
The words still stung her.
How could Bittu ji do this to her?
She loved him with all her heart, and he betrayed her, he broke her heart, broke whatever love she had for him.
Did you hear that? He doesn't love you.
That's right, because he probably secretly had the hots for someone else.
The little vixen.
She had to find out who it was.

She couldn't forgive him, not after what he had done, not after he...he cheated on her...
She was disgusted by him, she couldn't even face him, she was careful not to meet his eyes, otherwise she may just forget why she was angry.
"Deepali."
His voice commanded her to stop.
She shivered, did he even realize what he did to her? No, she wouldn't let him have the upper-hand. She turned, to walk away, but he reached out for her hand and made turn to face, full on filmy style.
And then. It happened.
They gazed into each others eyes, and she was lost in them. And in that moment, she forgot; forgot all her anger.
"I always loved you, Deepali. Even though you are a psychopath, I wouldn't want you any other way." He said.
Those were the sweetest words anyone could ever say to her.
Tears welled up in her eyes.
"Can you forgive me?" He asked.
She nodded. "Oh bittu ji! Yes!"
She embraced him.
And they lived happily ever after...

"Biwi. Have you noticed? Bittu ji and Deepali have been missing for a couple of days..." RK said in concern.
She shrugged. "Who cares? We have the house to ourselves..." She grinned at him evilly.
