She freezes and even the moment comes to a standstill. After a pause, she shyly opens her eyes. She is puzzled and baffled. Since neither there are any lights nor she can find Amit on his seat. The only light that was visible was the lustrous rays of the moon. Anxiously she stands and searches for him. She feels a shadow approaching towards her. She is startled becomes stiff, still. Is about to scream but relaxes once she realizes that it is Amit. Slowly he opens his fist and she is astonished. There was a tiny minute bright light which started flickering and flying. She realizes that it was a firefly. Later he takes her hand and leads her to the corner of the roof top garden. He points in a particular direction. She glances and is stunned. Finds a large tree surrounded by tiny fireflies. It seemed as if the whole tree had come alive. And as the fireflies flickered it appeared as if each and every leaf had a tiny little heart with beat in rhythm. It appeared as if some fairy has wholeheartedly sprinkled her magic on that tree. Those visuals were just out of some fairy-tale stories.
Amita recollects all those lovely moments that occurred from the point she landed in this beautiful place called Lonavla. She couldn't stop herself from comparing with the character -Alice in wonderland. Each and every moment was filled with lots of wonders and excitement. Even though Amit had noble heart, she never thought that Amit could actually apologize but it did happen. She thought this place has some magic embodied in it which made Amit to express his innermost feelings to her. She looks at the skies and was filled with gratitude for giving her so much happiness and joy.
Amita: Amit, ek bath kahun.
Amit: (Looks her with lot of expectations) Khahiye na Amita.
Amita: Kal muje Shivji ke mandir jana hain.
Amit: (Smiles) Han jarur chaltein hain.
Both silently sit and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The radiant rays of moon make her look even more divine and stunning. Amit secretly glances her and unable to take his eyes off her. His eyes are filled with tears and is overwhelmed to see her happy. Next morning they are getting ready to seek blessing from the deity.
Amita : Accha Amit, yeh pink wali dress pehnu ya green wali.
Amit : (Glances) Woh pink wali. (Pauses) Yeh color aapko bahut suit karta hain! (Gives her a meaningful look and leaves the room)
Amita : (Surprised and smiles. Nodes.)
She thinks this was so much unlike him. But she accepts that the air in Lonvala had changed him. She was seeing another side of him which she never met until now. As usual she was taking lot of time to get ready. She hears Amit's voice.
Amit : Aap ready ho ya nahi???
Amita : (Applies final touches of her makeup and glances at the mirror. Yells) Mein ati hun.
Hurries and comes near the door when she finds Amit entering at the same time. And they are about to collide but at the nth moment they manage to stop. Amit is captivated by seeing her. Both are lost in each other's eyes. Absentmindedly he goes towards her.
Amita: (Gets tense and goes behind) Hame jaldi nikal na hain.
Amit : (Still lost in her eyes and approaches her) Koi jaldi nahi hain.
Amita : (Nervous and goes behind) Koi aajaye ga !
Amit : (Dreamily takes one more step towards her) Ane dho.
Amita : (Dazed and slowly goes behind) Koi dekhlega ga.
Amit : (Has a twinkle in his eyes and goes ahead) Dekhne dho.
BG: sharm aa gayee toh aaghosh me lo
ho sanson se ulajhee raahe meree saanse
bol na halke halke, bol na halke halke
honth se halke halke, bol na halke
Shyly Amita goes behind and is abruptly stopped by the mirror. She feels totally trapped. Amit continues to gaze and slowly closes the gap between them .Slowly raises his hand, touches her strands of hair that had come in front of her face and tucks it neatly behind her ear. Amita is dumbstruck by his actions and thoroughly baffled. A deep crimson color creeps on her face and she blushes. He continues to look at her lovingly. Suddenly they hear Nani's voice which brings them back to the present. For few seconds both are embarrassed, self-conscious and unable to meet each other's eye. Amit adjusts his spectacles and his shirt.Amit smiles, leaves and she follows him. They get into their car and start their journey towards Shivji's mandir.
She is lost in her thoughts and is in dilemma. On one hand she feels the distance between them is slowly reducing on the other hand she remembers that Amit would be leaving for US. And she would be left alone with these beautiful memories. How can she live without him? Does he have the same feelings as I have for him? Does he love me? But till now he has not expressed his innermost thoughts. Can I rely on him? Will he break my heart? She is upset. Quietly she stares outside the window.
BG: Zara-zara phoolon pe jhadne laga dil mera

Amit glances and realizes that she is upset about something. He is puzzled. Confused and thinks why she is so sad. Till now everything was so perfect. He slowly keeps his hand on hers. But she abruptly pulls it away. Amit is bewildered. They finally reach the temple. Amita buys some flowers, coconut and incense sticks and they start climbing the stairs. Pujari takes the pooja thali from them. They close their eyes and start praying.
Amita : (Prays) Hey parameshwar , aapki krupa hamare sar pe hamesha rahe. Amit jho bhi chahe unke dedena. Bus mein aur kuch mangna nahi chahthi!
Amit : (Slowly opens his eyes and glances Amita . Smiles and closes his eyes) Bhagawanji Amita ne job hi manga ho usse dedena !
Pujari : (Gives back the half coconut and the divine flame) Tum dhonoki jodi salamat rahe !!
Both smile, bow down towards the deity and take the prasad from the pujari. They go and sit near the stairs. Amita looks a bit relaxed and relieved.
Amit : (Smiles) Pata hain Amita ,jeevann jeene mein aur kaatne baut farak hotha hain ! Aur mein yeh jeevan jeena chahatha hun. Aapke sath jeena chahtah hun !! (Looks her with lot of expectations)
Amita is overwhelmed and speechless by what she heard. She is unable to believe her ears. She has tears in her eyes. Close her eyes for a moment and thanks god for showing her hope and her faith in god increases by ten folds.
