BEFORE you want to kill me after reading the title, read the OneShot first.

This was very random and I know I have lots of stories to update, but I felt I'd lose my mind if I don't write this -.-

So please read and tell me how it is…?

Choosing Di Over Love.

I remembered those times when I used to feel sick watching Jiju and Di's public romance and felt bile rise up my throat at the sight unfolding in front of my eyes…

Jiju in the arms of another woman… Not just another woman, but the woman whom Di trusted blindly.

Jiju was Di's life, and all along, I had thought Di was Jiju's life too… But I was wrong…

I turned around, and heard blood roaring in my ears.

There was no way I would let Di get hurt, even if it was at the cost of my love…

Unknowingly, a tear dripped down my eye, but ignored it. It was not time to get emotional…

Di would be really upset, shocked, hurt and angry with what I had decided to do, but it was for her…

Just for you Di…

AN HOUR LATER:

I saw Di's eye grow wide, as I towed my 'wife' behind me…

I saw Payal's eyes widen, her hand in Akash's as she stared at me and my 'wife'. I cringed; I had probably ruined her wedding and Akash's, but it had to be done at the earliest… Before things got out of hand… Things would have been more different and verbal hadn't Di been pregnant…

"Wh-what is all this!" Di screamed at me.

"I got married."

"This is not the way to!" Dadi snapped at me.

Di was clutching at Jiju's hand, and was ready to burst into tears. "Why! I-I thought he loved Lavanya! Then why K-"

"Di, you wanted me to get married, and I did! Be happy!" I snapped, unwillingly.

Di cringed, and backed away into Jiju's arms.

Jiju was looking furious, and my 'wife' was looking at him with fear in her eyes…

Of course he was furious! I had married his love after all!

The very thought made me sick!

I ignored her (though it pricked my heart), as she stood silently behind Chachi, weeping.

"Why did you do this! You know your Di's condition, then why-" Jiju started.

I towed my 'wife' behind me and dragged her upstairs, while Di's every sob pinched me from inside.

I love him, and he loves me! You get that! And only your Di is standing in the way!

The words rang in my head.

Lavanya's teary eyes pricked my heart as I remembered her standing behind Chachi, crying.

I pushed the thought out of my head, and pushed my 'wife' into the bedroom.

"Well, Miss Kaira Sharma, oops, Kaira Gupta, welcome to hell!" I sneered.

Kaira rolled her eyes. "You wait and watch Prithvi… ASR is mine!"

I shoved her roughly into the wall. "You messed with MY Di. MY Khushi Di. I will make your life hell for that!" I spat. "And believe me your 'ASR' won't be spared too. Jiju will pay for messing with MY sister!" I snarled.

I had chosen Di over my love Lavanya… Had it been a wise decision? Only time would tell…

If you guys like it and if I am satisfied with the response, I will make it an SS, or it will be a OneShot only. The whole story won't be Prithvi's POV. If it is an SS, Res1 will be filled with prologue, this slot with index and Res2 with character sketch.

HINT:

In the show, Arnav accused Shyam and Khushi. Out of Shyam and Khushi, one was evil, the other innocent. Also in the show, the evil one lied about it being mutual.

HERE, Prithvi accuses Arnav and Kaira. Out of the two, one is evil and the other is innocent. Here, who lied about the love being mutual, hm?
