With Anisha talks on the phone she mentioned clearly she
"Must like Aradhya also as she's Ehsaas wife" seems she was talking with someone who knows Aradhya well.
The only person who's the hardcore hater of Aradhya is none other than Bharti may be she sent her...
Anisha cares is very weird

Anisha is the die hard fan of Madhav/Ehsaas
