Lara Dutta's air-force-pilot-turned-designer sister Cheryl Dutta debuted her label Shrishti at Cypress over the weekend. Of course, Lara did put in an appearance but made a fashionably late entry clad in a corset and denims.

As for Cheryl, it seems she's got her eyes firmly fixed on Bollywood. We hear she's all set to design Lara's ensembles for one of her forthcoming films, and even Celina Jaitly and Dia Mirza dropped in to take a dekho.

What's up with Sahil Khan? We recently spotted the overly beefed-up star sublet with perfectly arched eyebrows and it doesn't look pretty!

We know he's got the whole metrosexual thing going for him, but those blonde locks and rouged up cheeks are a definitely no-no, buddy! Don't you know it's the return of the retrosexual now?

Art attack: Kapoor with artiste Uma Khilachand

It was a surprise to see Anil Kapoor taking a keen interest in art, gracing the opening of a new art gallery called Studio Napean over the weekend. The actor, who rushed in for the opening from one of his shoots, spoke about the need to recognise upcoming artists from across the country. But when we discovered who owned the gallery, seeing Anil in that setting was not so strange after all.

The art gallery is the brainchild of the actor's sister-in-law Kaveeta Singh, who is an interior designer and avid art collector. Apart from admiring paintings of Lord Krishna, the actor indulged in some banter with wife Sunita. Take a look.

What's the story, ZK?

Zayed Khan has turned into Agent ZK. And our desi 007 is on a mission called Mission Sly Smile. At a recent event, the actor was very conscious when it came to smiling (probably his secret weapon for disarming his rivals and he fears losing it?). Looking out for other secret agents and moles in the vicinity Agent ZK looked carefully to his left, and then cautiously turned to his right. And finally, when was satisfied that there were no enemies close by, he looked straight at the cameras and flashed his pearlies. Smart, very smart!

On another note, Dia Mirza is all geared up for ZK's New Year's party at his palatial home in Juhu. She says, "I'll be at Zayed and Mallaika's home as they are throwing a party on New Year's Eve. I'm sure it's going to be one hell of a party!"

Dressed to kill

Over the weekend we also spotted Bobby Deol cheering on sister-in-law Munisha Ahuja, as she unveiled her festive collection at a suburban boutique.

From the looks of it, Bobby was a tad bored with the women's wear on display. Nevertheless, he accompanied wife Tanya to take her pick. Also present were Twinkle Khanna, Neelam Kothari and Anna Singh.

Why is the man of the moment Shanthakumaran Sreesanth, or Sree as we know him, being featured in HiTLIST? Simply because Sree, who is red-hot now in the the ongoing India-South Africa Test match, is not just a fast bowler but also a breakdancer!

Sree loves dancing and has apparently featured in the Sony dance show, Boogie Woogie. No wonder Sree breaks into a jig to celebrate his victory. This Kerala-born, Bangalore-bred lad can give our southern superstars a run for ther money. Move over, Mamooty! Sree is here!

Much ado about nothing: Abhishek Bachchan

Yawn! Another Ash-Abhishek wedding story appeared in a 'me too' tabloid over the weekend, but according to sources it's all… well… crap. The story claims the couple will tie the knot on February 19 next year, but we have it on very good authority that Abhishek was in splits over the not-so-telling tale.

Says our very well-informed source, "Abhishek found the 'story' so funny that he started running around announcing to everybody, 'Hey, I'm getting married on February 19!' But, of course, there is no wedding on that date."

So while the rest of the media runs amok with their wild imagination, AB Junior will be shooting for Goldie Behl's Drona with Priyanka Chopra in Bikaner on that particular date.

(Oooo… maybe he's planning a traditional Rajasthani wedding there, eh?)
